1. Product Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• You received the wrong product.

• The product is incomplete or missing items.

• The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used perfumes, attars, cosmetics, and skincare products.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

4. Return Request Timeframe

Any return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The ordered product is unavailable after payment.

• A replacement product cannot be provided.

• A return request is approved after inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

6. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Perfume Price BD will arrange a replacement subject to product availability.

7. Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges are generally non-refundable.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by Perfume Price BD.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before shipment confirmation.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
